GGT Services partners with mission-driven organizations to help them move from financial instability to operational clarity and aligned leadership. Our work bridges the gap between strategy and execution—starting with the numbers and expanding into how organizations operate and lead.

Our team is led by Theresa Ashaye, MSc, a business and accounting advisor with extensive experience in financial processes, operational optimization, and small-business development. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in information systems, Theresa brings fresh perspectives, practical insight, and dynamic solutions to every organization she partners with.
Known for her collaborative approach and engaging group sessions, she works closely with clients to simplify financial management, strengthen internal operations, and build systems that support lasting success. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys relaxing with a cup of tea and watching comedy shows.
